June 29-July 3
9:30-12:00 pm, Ages 6-10
Students will explore music and art through nature and story-based learning. Using movement, collaborative games, and play on musical instruments; students will develop musical knowledge and skills. Drawing inspiration from their wooded surroundings, students will create visual arts using a variety of techniques including painting, sculpting, and textiles.
Camp culminates in a musical performance and gallery of students' work from the week.

MUSIC, COOKING, & ART

12:30-3:30 pm, Ages 9-14
Musical, culinary, and visual arts are interwoven during three days of multimedia creativity. Each day is filled with opportunities to develop musical knowledge and skills on a variety of instruments including strings, woodwinds, brass, and piano. In addition, students will participate in an art or culinary project each day. Students will develop their creativity through art mediums including painting and paper art. Students will also develop an understanding of kitchen safety along with cooking techniques through bread making and other fall culinary traditions.
On the final day of camp, students will share the treats that they have made, along with a musical performance and gallery showing of artwork.
